The Cap Cod Marathon gives runners a unique view of almost every section of Falmouth and its surrounding neighborhoods. Highlights include the breathtaking Nantucket Sound vistas of Falmouth Heights and Menauhant, the Buzzards Bay villages of West Falmouth and Sippiwissett, and the beautiful Nobska Lighthouse. The course is relatively flat and fast for the first half with rolling hills in the second.

The course is mostly flat and is 2 loops of the half-marathon course.
