I can't tell if I liked the new course better simply because it was something new, or if I truly liked it better. As with any course, there are always goods and bads, but overall I think this course will work out better in the end (if they chose to stick with it).

The race was organized well (what else would you expect from RockNRoll) and the volunteers did a great job. Aid stations were stocked, expo was good, plenty of portapotties, and everyone was very friendly.

Overall, a great race and I would recommend to anyone.

Thanks R&R for an excellent race! The course itself was great and the runs along Lake Washington, Seward Park, and the out&back on the bridge were stunning! It got a little lonely at times with little crowd support, but overall was great. 5 stars!
