I honestly can't say anything bad about the race, but there wasn't anything that really stood out and made it 'special'. I guess that's expected from a smaller-sized marathon, but it didn't have any personality. Everything was well organized though and water stops and port-a-jons were plentiful. The best part was that the flight, hotel, and marathon were rather cheap.. .it was a great way for me to check-off another state from my bucket list!

As others mentioned, this is a great mid-sized race with terrific organization and course support. The course was a little dizzying at times (too many turns in my opinion), but it was mostly flat with only a few minor hills to contend with. Aid stations were plentiful and the volunteers were great and provided much needed motivation.
